Hot dish for those looking to try something a little more “exotic.”

2 cans of cream soup (any variety)
1 whole stock of celery, chopped
Half a white onion chopped
1 C. Chicken (canned, or cooked)
4 Tbs Soy Sauce
1/4 C Milk

Mix all ingredients and cook in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 min or until celery is soft. Serve on white rice.
