Sauerkraut Hot Dish

Zingy beef hot dish, thanks to sauerkraut.

2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
2 pounds or so Frank's sauerkraut
3 c. uncooked wide egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup shedded cheddar cheese

Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam.

Brown beef and onion together. Drain off fat. Layer 1/2 of the beef mixture in pan. Cover with the sauerkraut and top with the remaining beef. Put uncooked noodles on top. Combine soups and pepper and spread over noodles. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 20 minutes more. Enjoy!
