Peaches & Cream Pie

A great summer time recipe, when peaches are in season.

9" unbaked pie crust
7-8 fresh peach halves cut into slices
2/3 c. sugar
4 T. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. cream

Place fruit in crust and top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
