Pizza and hot dish? A twofer recipe that’s sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.
1 – 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
2 (15 oz) cans pizza sauce
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 can mushrooms
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) bag noodles
Cook noodles as directed on package; divide into two 9×13 greased cake pans. Brown ground beef with chopped onion. Add pizza sauce, cheese soups, mushrooms, and 1/2 lb of mozzarella cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted. Pour over cooked noodles in pan; mix. Spread evenly in pan and bake for 45 minutes. Add 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese in the last 10 minutes.
